Ingredients
    Main ingredients
  • 400 grams Chicken wings
  • 10 grams Cooking oil
  • 10 grams Green onion
  • 10 grams Ginger
  • 2 grams White sesame seed
  • Blanching ingredients
  • 10 grams Sliced ginger
  • 10 grams Green onion
  • 10 grams Cooking oil
  • Seasonings
  • 10 grams Light soy sauce
  • 10 grams Dark soy sauce
  • 2 grams Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 1 gram Salt
  • 1 can Coca Cola
Instructions
  1. Make some cuts on the chicken wings.

  2. Place chicken wings in a pan of cold water, add chopped green onion, sliced ginger, cooking wine. Boil until a large amount of foam surfaces, scoop out the chicken wings, and rinse them thoroughly with hot water.

  3. Pour cooking oil into the pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Then add the chicken wings and sear the wings until two sides turn golden.

  4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chopped green onion, sliced ginger, chicken Bouillon Powder, and salt.

  5. Add Coca Cola and boil it with high heat until the source become thick.

  6. Sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy it!

Note
  1. Using a non-stick pan would be better.
  2. You can use less oil, the chicken wings already have a high natural fat content.
  3. You can adjust the amount of cola according to your taste. If the entire can of cola is too sweet, you can use only half a can and add a small amount of water.
  4. Cola can easily cause sticking to the pan, so when reducing the sauce, make sure to constantly stir with a spatula.
  5. Don't worry that the wings won't be cooked when reducing the sauce because they are partially cooked during the blanching process, and the searing process has already cooked them further.
